Built by operators, for the AI agent era
SimpleWeb exists because someone has to actually run this stuff.
We spent years operating digital properties for businesses that couldn't staff the work themselves — and learned that the hard part is never the build. It's the running: the monitoring nobody wants to do manually, the issues that sit invisible until they're expensive, the accountability for systems that never stop working.
So we built WebManager, a platform that watches client websites continuously — every page, every cycle — and surfaces what humans miss. It has been running in production since early 2026, and it taught us the lesson SimpleWeb is built on: as AI agents take over real business operations, they need exactly what those websites needed. An operator. Someone who instruments them, governs them, watches them, and answers when something goes wrong.
That's what SimpleWeb is: a managed services company for enterprise AI systems. We design multi-agent systems, we make them governable, and we run them — for mid-market organizations that need enterprise-grade AI operations without enterprise procurement.

How we work
Evidence over claims
Our rating methodology caps unevidenced claims — and we hold our own marketing to the same rule. Every number on this site comes from production data.
Named ownership
Every system we operate has a named human owner. When something goes wrong, you don't file a ticket into the void — you know who answers.
We run what we build
We don't hand over software and leave. The engagement model is built around staying — because the value of an AI system is decided in month twelve, not week one.
